How long does customization take?
Timing depends on the requested modification. A size adjustment or chain extension usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. A more complex bespoke creation may take 4 to 8 weeks. We will confirm the timing during our first exchange.
How much does customization cost?
Customization starts at 50 € for 1 visual. For 3 visuals, the price is 80 €, then 15 € for each additional visual.
Can personalized jewels be exchanged or refunded?
No. Personalized creations are made to measure exclusively for you. They cannot be exchanged or refunded. We invite you to define your project carefully before validation.
