The Ani 2 Anise necklace is handcrafted in 18-carat recycled yellow gold. It features a pendant set with 87 gemstones: 51 emeralds and 36 white diamonds. The 18-carat gold rectangular link chain is secured by a lobster clasp and measures 42 cm in length.

Inspiration
A painting, a flower, the detail of an embroidered motif… Sophie sketches her first ideas in a small notebook she always carries with her.
Sculpting the gold
The sketch is sent to Joao’s workshop, where the piece is modeled in 3D and a first wax prototype is printed so the gold can be cast and the setting formed.
Setting the stones
Each setting is worked by hand to hold its stone perfectly. This painstaking work reveals the full beauty and brilliance of the gemstones.
Polishing the piece
The gold is polished and repolished between each stage until the piece is perfectly smooth and gleaming. It is this craftsmanship that gives every creation its unique character.
