The Miniflower ear jewel is handmade in 18-carat yellow gold. It is set with 9 precious stones : 6 rubies, 1 pink sapphire and 2 Marquise-cut emeralds. This jewel is sold as a single unit. It is available in 2 orientations, one for the right ear and one for the left ear. To wear them as a pair, order the left ear jewel.
