Rare and highly sought-after, these gemstones immediately caught Sophie’s eye when one of her long-standing suppliers offered her this selection, in the marquise cut she loves so much. The Rita Ring 4 Paraíba comes in two colour combinations: Tsavorite, intense and vibrant, or Cognac, warmer and more enveloping. It’s hard for us to choose. We’ll let you decide. An ultra-limited edition: only 10 rings will be made in total.
The Rita Ring 4 Tsavorites is handmade in 18 carat recycled yellow gold and set with 37 precious stones: 29 white diamonds, 4 tsavorites, 4 marquise-cut Paraiba tourmalines. The central shape measures approx. 1.2 cm by 1.3 cm and is curved to fit the finger perfectly.

Inspiration
A painting, a flower, the detail of an embroidered motif… Sophie sketches her first ideas in a small notebook she always carries with her.
Sculpting the gold
The sketch is sent to Joao’s workshop, where the piece is modeled in 3D and a first wax prototype is printed so the gold can be cast and the setting formed.
Setting the stones
Each setting is worked by hand to hold its stone perfectly. This painstaking work reveals the full beauty and brilliance of the gemstones.
Polishing the piece
The gold is polished and repolished between each stage until the piece is perfectly smooth and gleaming. It is this craftsmanship that gives every creation its unique character.
